Seeking Graphic Web Designer - No Code
We are a small, professional, independent publisher of a book on a business model for the escort industry. This is sold through our website and other book purchasing sites. We value our team members and offer the following:

WHAT WE NEED
Currently, we are in need of a motivated, talented, and forward-thinking Graphic Web Designer who loves creating site designs. We wish to call upon you whenever we need creative work done, but this is not a full or part time position.
It's unfortunate that we have had very negative experiences with graphic web designers, so if you are the type of person who refuses to fill out a job application which is the standard practice of any professional company, or you are ONLY loyal to Pay Pal & refuse to be paid by other well respected methods, please don't read any further. We don't deal with difficult people, we only wish to deal with A+ workers who are sensible, down to earth, easy to communicate with, & they respect the company they are responding to.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
We will only accept emails from individuals that possess the following job-related qualifications:
- Has a full portfolio of site designs. We will NOT accept attachments or an URL to a bunch of folders where we have to struggle just to see any of your work. We feel if you are a professional, you will have a proper site with designs, & "Next"/"Previous" buttons so we can flip back & forth.
- Has been working online for min. 1-2 years
- Is very skilled in masking, gradients, fading, and most importantly... composition.
- Can design just headers, or full websites (index, sub page, left and/or top nav) (NO CODING), we are just looking for the design & we do want the PSD files
- Logo design experience an asset but not necessary
- Knows how to optimize graphics
Additionally, in order for us to consider your email, you must meet the following requirements:
- The intellect to understand that although we publish a book that serves to educate on how to establish an adult industry related business, it does not diminish our level of professionalism, nor our ability to run an effective, profitable business, and treat contractors, vendors, etc. with respect.
We also build businesses that are mainstream, all geared towards helping the public. - The ability to take responsibility for all of your actions, & not blame others.
- Be detail-oriented and confident in making suggestions when you see that something may be improved.
- Have the ability to be organized, set and meet deadlines and work independently in a virtual work environment.
- Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills to include being able to follow explicit instructions via e-mail, instant messaging and on the phone. We expect return e-mails within 1-4 hours within your your working schedule.
- Demonstrate strong ethics and a solid personal commitment to your responsibilities.
- The desire to work in a friendly, down to earth, virtual workplace that applauds innovation and common sense.

- Include your best small business hourly rate + a firm price on doing just a static header, & then another firm price on a site design (that includes a header, left nav & footer & a white place for text. We don't need any other graphics or bells & whistles.). Our price range ONLY for people inside North America is around (negotiable) $50-65/header, & $100-120 for the header combination we listed above. If you reside outside North America, please quote us your prices, as we know they will differ since most other countries tend to be less expensive.
Also tell us how many revisions we can have. If you are good, 1-2 revisions is needed just in case, any more than that, & there is a problem. We don't need tons & tons of research done, we are looking for someone who intuitively knows what kind of feel we want just by our description. This isn't hard, it's been done before.

- List how many years you have been working virtually online
- List your top three strengths and your top three areas for improvement (everyone has areas for improvement, so you will not be pre-judged by your answer).
