We are a small, professional, independent publisher of a book on a business model for the escort industry. This is sold through our website and other book purchasing sites. We value our team members and offer the following:

WHAT WE NEED

Currently, we are in need of a motivated, talented, and forward-thinking Nettie to place ads, answer questions & market our company's products & services.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

We will only accept emails from individuals that possess the following job-related qualifications:

• Is very friendly, but not a pushover
• Is very very Internet Savvy - you have been online for min. 4-6 yrs., & you learn more about the net every year. If all you do is buy things online & check e-mail, this position is not for you.
• Doesn't use AOL for e-mail, but has a FULL AOL account to access everything & knows their way all over AOL (chat rooms, how to build their profile so people can find them through keywords, create an AOL webpage etc.)
• You know how to create eye pleasing easy to read tables in either Word or Excel to store information & you are versed in being able to compile information & present it to a us. If you can't do this, I may be able to get someone to do this for us.
• You are a nettie through & through & can find anything you want online because you always know where to look, so you will be able to eventually build a large file of websites you are constantly posting on.
• You love to chat with people either via IMing, MBs/forums, Chat Rooms, Groups etc. & have been doing this for years. You are usually front & center stage when in one of these settings & people just naturally love to talk with you because you are the type that draws them out.
• You have experience placing ads (they will be given to you) on classified sites & tweaking them so you can submit them on MBs or in groups without being labeled a spammer & you just love to post, post & post some more.
• You aren't afraid to promote & get the potential customer excited, but you aren't a pushy person. You know instinctively when the potential customer is serious, or they just want someone to talk to because they are lonely.
• You are always able to keep track of what is going on online within the industry you are working for & you let us know the minute there are new competitors out there, what people are saying about us, what new products or services we would be interested in etc.
• You don't just wait for people to respond to your ads, you search out people who have posted their own inquiries & you give them the information so they want to purchase.

Additionally, in order for us to consider your email, you must meet the following requirements:

• The intellect to understand that although we publish a book that serves to educate on how to establish an adult industry related business, it does not diminish our level of professionalism, nor our ability to run an effective, profitable business, and treat contractors, vendors, etc. with respect.
  
  We also build businesses that are mainstream, all geared towards helping the public.
• The ability to take responsibility for all of your actions, & not blame others.
• A minimum of one-year experience that can be verified with you working in that capacity as a virtual independent contractor in your field of expertise.
• Be detail-oriented and confident in making suggestions when you see that something may be improved.
• Have the ability to be organized, set and meet deadlines and work independently in a virtual work environment.
• Possess excellent written and verbal English communication skills to include being able to follow explicit instructions via e-mail, instant messaging and on the phone.
• Demonstrate strong ethics and a solid personal commitment to your responsibilities.
• The desire to work in a friendly, down to earth, virtual workplace that applauds innovation and common sense.
