Seeking IT Project Manager

Key Purpose of the Job
Decipher which avenue to take re: an application that needs to be built. Either coding from scratch, or some or all OS pre-built pieces. We may ask you to screen potential applicant's code, & maybe find us the team needed to create the project. We don't believe in MS, so please, NO .NET people.
We may also ask you to manage the project which would be a p/t position.
Technical Skills or Job- Related Knowledge Required
- you currently still code, or you were a top notch coder & you know several languages.
- you have some consulting experience.
- you know how to find the most cost affective yet efficient way to get a project implemented.
- while it hasn't been decided, if you are able to headhunt a team of 1-3 people, that is a plus.
- if you have management experience, that is an asset
Experience Required
- PHP 5.0 & beyond, plus other languages
