Virtual vocations provides a list of virtual work from home positions & being an online company, we have several of those we need to fill.

The customer service department asked me to forward our hiring ads to them & they would post our online positions, so I did. Here’s our open positions if you care to read them…

That is when I get an e-mail from Laura Spawn telling me that they won’t accept our ads because we are an adult site.

So once again, right wing religious fanatics decide to play god & make the choice of discriminating against honest ethical company by banning ALL adult sites.

They don’t trust their independent contractors enough to let THEM make the decision about whether they wish to apply for the positions, they are judge & jury & they decide what is best for the public.

Once again, people who don’t think other people have a brain in their heads to make their own decisions.

I wouldn’t want to be involved with control freaks like that.

Like all things in life, there is the positive & the negative, ying & yang, comfortable & uncomfortable.

I don’t consider death to be negative, as it is just a part of Universal life, but in this case perhaps Deborah wasn’t ready to pass over yet, & she shouldn’t have had to make that choice one way or another.

I know how Deborah felt in some way, I myself always said that if they were going to cart me off to jail for doing nothing wrong, I would NOT be able to live amongst the criminals as I was NOT one, I decided I would end my life so I didn’t have to be imprisoned like some animal.

Lucky for me I didn’t have to make that choice, but Deborah did.

She was used & abused by American society’s VIOLENT need to string someone up or burn them at the stake.

The American people seem to always have this need to blame others because they can’t just live their own lives without sticking their nose into other people’s business.

Anyone bored with their lives? Do you feel the need to pretend you know the difference between right & wrong?

You don’t know the difference between right & wrong because there is no right & no wrong. Everyone has their own version of what makes them feel comfortable & not comfortable, & that is their choice as free spirited humans.

If something makes you feel uncomfortable you DON’T have to do, watch, read, talk about it, etc.

What makes you feel comfortable & happy I encourage you to watch, read & talk about.

You don’t have any right to judge others, & to blame Deborah for running an escort service is like blaming the woman who got raped because she wore a low cut top.

SHE has the right to dress sexy & NOT be raped, & Deborah had the right to run her business as she saw fit.

From what I know (I did not know her personally), she sounded to me like a nice person.

Was she opened minded?

Yes, so?

She was like me in that she felt there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with running an escort service so long as it’s run in a professional ethical manner.

I don’t care who her clients were & neither should you.

If you are the wife of one of her clients, then perhaps you feel (assuming you didn’t know your husband saw escorts) abandoned, lied to, cheated on, & I don’t blame you for your feelings, but I can tell you right now, that it’s probably better that he saw an escort, then had a mistress.

Deborah should NOT be blamed for your husband’s actions, they are his actions & his alone.

If your relationship had issues, those issues belong to you two, & have NOTHING to do with Deborah & her escort service.

She didn’t solicit him, put a gun to his head, etc. etc.

You have no right to blame someone else for someone else’s actions. That’s not even logical.

I don’t pretend to know what happened with Deborah’s case, all I know is that instead of the police & the DA concentrating on real criminals who do people physical harm, steal people money or materialistic objects, they feel the need to chase after business people who are running a business.

The escort industry in one form or another has been around since anywhere from 2400 B.C. to 1780 B.C. Because it’s been around for so long it should be respected, but alas <sigh>, the entire profession & industry has been cheapened & scorned for the last 100 years or so.

Nowhere on their site do they say a pseudo (I don’t consider this company to be an adult site through & through) can’t hire graphic web designers, yet they rejected my ad to hire a graphic web designer.

They are discriminatory & clearly right wing religious, otherwise they would let the graphic designer choose if they want to bid for the project, not be control freaks.

So I got to thinking about how difficult it was for me to find ethical professional reliable support staff when I was running my escort service, & so I created a survey to find out where your adult business is at.

I found them on a business networking site which is fairly new & since I don’t want to tarnish the networking site, I won’t mention it here, as I know the owner of it.

Anyway, I read one or two messages from this Nicholas person, was curious about this site they were building, & so I naturally went to it.

I saw their tagline “Helping neighbors make ends meet.” & decided that this would be a good idea since there are times I need help around the house for things,I’m new to my area, & if I wish to hire someone, I’d rather do it on a site other than Craigs List.

From the minute I signed up, I was given the 3rd degree from this Nicholas Davidson about what my company does.

What that has to do with me hiring a cleaning lady, esthetician, hairdresser, or computer techie for my computer is beyond me, but then I thought maybe he was suggesting I use his site to hire staff for my team as well. I thought he was just being curious & giving me ideas on how to use his site.

So I tell them I do many things, but my main company helps people in the escort industry, & maybe this would be a good place to find staff too since I wasn’t initially thinking along those lines since the site was really about people getting to know people in the neighborhood.

The next thing I know, I’m being told I’m not welcome by this judgmental close minded person who can’t even understand English properly.

He thinks I’m going to advertise an escort agency on his site.

I never said any such thing & never even implied it.

I don’t even own an escort agency, & if he had taken the time to actually read what I wrote instead of being ignorant, he would have realized my company had nothing to do with why I was signing up, but it seems he was out to get me from the getgo.

He has no signups, he should have been happy that I was his first signup.

I was very genuine, curious, & honored to help him start off his new site, & instead I get this negative condescending attitude. I don’t care if he wished me well, how I was treated was ridiculous.

Your choice if you want to deal with people like that.

I was remiss in not drawing this up before, and I apologize. It should have been top priority on my list, but it wasn’t.

It became an urgent matter when while talking to a client, I became aware that he was planning on committing one of my cardinal sins, forcing the girls to sleep with him.

He came up with a whole bunch of reasons why he should, and while I understood why he wanted to, even after me telling him it was NOT okay, and he could get what he needed in another way, he didn’t seem to want to listen.

So, please read this over…

Networking is a MUST for any self respecting entrepreneur, & in our industry it should be no different. Even if you are a regular client of escort agencies or independent escorts, there may still be a need to network.

Normally I don’t talk to people outside the escort industry, so I don’t deal with porn site entrepreneurs, adult toy store entrepreneurs, etc. , but that doesn’t mean I’m adverse to networking with them, I just have a problem talking to people who are crude, sleazy etc., because I am NOT, & I don’t think for one minute that one has to be sleazy in order to run an escort agency or become an escort.

Not that people outside the adult industry aren’t sleazy, a lot of guys think that just because I’m in the escort industry, that I talk that way all the time, & of course they are WRONG & it turns me right off.

The escort industry doesn’t have a trade show, hell, we barely have any place to even network, so I’d like to hear your point of view on this matter, & tell me if this is something you want/need.
