Ok, I asked legal & he said the following:

“Offshore hosts would not be subject to US jurisdiction if the physical location of the server and the business headquarters of the host are both overseas. If either facility is in the US, jurisdiction can be had.”

Hi Michelle, Just for the record, I didn’t think you were advocating child porn. But I was unclear about your stance on offshore hosting. Are you saying offshore hosts will be subject to US authorities somehow?

I have been running a small agency for a little over a year now and I agree with everything you are saying. I have a small business (my day job) and have a background in sales/marketing. I my industry there are tons of info on how to run things, marketing strategies, examples of business plans, etc. When I started my agency there was no professional resources (that I was aware of) I could turn to. The few people that I have met in this business who consider themselves “seasoned pros” all have the same method of doing business. Witch is lie, cheat, and backstab there way to the top. Not to mention working extremely hard instead of smart. To these people the escort industry is nothing more than a street hustle, not a business. And if you suggest that things be run differently they will look at you like you are crazy. This is why for the past year I have had to “keep my own counsel”. So I know what you mean about feeling isolated. As an agency owner no one can relate to what you are going thru. Good luck trying to talk to your staff (drivers, escorts, bookers) witch I strongly recommend you do not do. I have not met one yet that has the drive and ambition I do. Zero reliability to me.

Now that I look back I believe that I have always taken for granted being able to research any industry with a few Google searches and a trip to a bookstore. Not in this business. Nothing but painful trial and error. Now don’t get me wrong when things are going well it’s a great business to be in. Fun times and really good money. But the trick is making sure those good times are consistent. If not your life will be nothing but a rollercoaster ride and everyone close to you (wife, kids, girlfriend, etc.) is coming along for the ride. Not a good thing.

Try this one, it looks like Wakefield is the hot bed of Escort Agency shananagins. This time a company called Sincere Dating who are based at Riverside View with the same postcode (WF1 5QW), as Crimson.

Like the above, I responded to the company and filled in an on-line profile and got a timely e-mail (within 2 hours), telling me that a lady in her late 20′s was looking to meet me…..woooopppeee I thought! However, thinking this was all a bit too good to be true I haven’t responded yet to their e-mails asking for £150 up front, paid in CASH and to be sent special delivery. Also why would by all accounts, a pretty 20 something be willing to pay £140 per hour for a minimum of 3 hours for a guy nearly 20 years older than her and not in the first flush of youth.

Its a free world as they say, but I don’t think I’m that lucky and smell a rather big and rancid rat here.

I will be making contact with the lovely Sue at Sincere Dating but don’t think I will be needing my best Tux, aftershave and purchasing a single red rose for the lady this coming Friday night……..just like I don’t expect to be winning £10 million on the Euro Lottery either.

As they say ‘Buyer Beware’. If it looks to good to be true it usually is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello All. I have been scamed twice from Escort agencies. First one is Guys and girls based in England. in which they told me i was meeting clients but need to pay £385 to set up my profile before hand. I payed the money in to there bank accounts and never heard back from them. I have sent many emails but still no luck.

Also, Companian Fever, England. I payed them £190 and never heard back from them. Im so angry!

My mistake, it was their Barcalys bank account, account number 93664929, l still have the counter foil as proof of payment, hopefully this will stand me in good stead in my pursual of a refund, l am going all the way with this one!!!
